You can be assured of your safety with Elaine, an STA level 2 Swimming Coach and former competitive swimmer, now a cold water swimmer with a deep understanding of the local sea and nature. Elaine previously skippered boat trips from Nairn and has a wealth of knowledge of the sea, its wonders and benefits.
With SeaSoul, you’ll learn not only essential safety techniques and breathing control but also the profound benefits of mindfulness in the water. Cold water swimming doesn’t always have to be a physical challenge—it’s an opportunity to clear your mind, focus on the present moment, and experience the mental clarity that comes with being immersed in nature. Elaine will help you tap into the calming effects of cold water dipping, promoting both physical health and mental well-being.
