You can be assured of your safety with Elaine, an STA level 2 Swimming Coach and former competitive swimmer, now a cold water swimmer with a deep understanding of the local sea and nature. Elaine previously skippered boat trips from Nairn and has a wealth of knowledge of the sea, its wonders and benefits.
With SeaSoul, you’ll learn not only essential safety techniques and breathing control but also the profound benefits of mindfulness in the water.
