Are you ready to begin your Blue Space journey?
Sea Breathe & Be is a gentle, mindful introduction to the sea — designed to help you reconnect safely, calmly, and confidently.
Join Elaine of SeaSoul, an experienced sea swimmer and STA Level 2 Open Water Coach, for a supportive session focused on:
-Safe entry into cold water
-Gradual acclimatisation
-Understanding how your body responds to the cold
-Calm breathing and recovery techniques
These sessions are not about pushing limits.
They are about learning to trust yourself in the water.
You will also begin to develop:
-Self-trust
-Emotional awareness
-Adaptability
-Nervous system regulation
-A deeper connection to nature and our beautiful Blue Spaces
All powerful, evidence-based elements known to support wellbeing.
Later sessions in the year will offer opportunities to build confidence in your swimming technique, if you wish to progress further.
