Art Therapy uses art making as a means of communication, which allows individuals to make sense of experiences which cannot always be put into words helping to improve wellbeing.

Focussing on blue space in these sessions, a trained art therapist will guide you though the process, connecting you with nature while discovering new ways of expressions and understanding of the natural environment.
