Whether you’re a pool swimmer looking to take your first strokes outdoors, or someone who already enjoys sea dipping and would like to swim a little further, this welcoming session is for you.
Together we’ll explore how connecting with the sea can help you slow down, reduce stress, lift your mood and support your overall wellbeing. Through gentle guidance, you’ll develop confidence in the water, learn the fundamentals of sea swimming, and gain practical skills such as breathing, water confidence and safety.
This isn’t about swimming long distances or pushing your limits. It’s about enjoying the sea, connecting with nature, moving mindfully, and discovering the unique wellbeing that comes from being in blue spaces—all within a supportive and encouraging environment.
Come as you are, and leave feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected.
For this session you must be able to swim 2 legnths of the pool comfortably.
