DESCRIPTION:🌊🚴‍♀️ SEA BREEZE SPIN 🚴‍♀️🌊 \n  \nJoin Nairn Breeze\, supported by Blue Space Highland\, for a fun and friendly community cycling and sea swimming event. \n  \nNairn Breeze is a welcoming women-only cycling group based here in Nairn\, helping women build confidence on two wheels in a supportive and encouraging environment. \n  \nThis event is open to women aged 18+ and female family relatives or carers\, offering a gentle opportunity to spend time together\, move\, and enjoy the outdoors. \n  \nWe’ll enjoy a social cycle incorporating part of the Green Hive Greenway route\, followed by an optional guided sea dip led by sea swimming coach Elaine from SeaSoul. \n  \n✨ Gentle pace \n✨ Supportive and welcoming atmosphere \n✨ Community cycle ride \n✨ Optional guided sea dip \n  \n📅 Saturday 4th July 2026 \n⏰ 1:00pm – 4:00pm (approx.) \n  \n📍 Meet at Nairn Sailing Club from 12:45pm \n🚴‍♀️ Cycle departs from The Maggot Car Park at 1:00pm \n  \nThe cycle is approximately 12 miles and suitable for those comfortable riding on roads and cycle paths. \n  \nPlease bring: \n✔ Your bike \n✔ Helmet (mandatory) \n✔ Swim gear if you’d like to join the dip \n  \n🏊‍♀️ Swimming kit can be dropped off at Nairn Sailing Club before the ride. \n  \nPlease ensure your bike is roadworthy before attending. \nDon’t have a bike\, or having trouble with your own?
