Blue Space Highland takes the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and Instructors very seriously.Blue Space Highland complies fully with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 by following this policy to the fullest extent.
The data that is covered by this policy includes, but isn’t limited to, all electronic information within email, google docs, text message and social media such as Facebook and Instagram messenger services and also hard copies of files (referral forms, post referral chat forms).
When accessing Blue Space Highland’s services you agree to provide your personal information such as name, telephone number, address and email address for the purpose of arranging activities and accessing services.

Blue Space Highland will endeavour to ensure that when collecting, handling, processing and storing personal data:

- That it is kept secure at all times
- That errors are corrected promptly and accurately

- That the data is deleted/destroyed when it is no longer needed
