Through gentle guidance\, you’ll develop confidence in the water\, learn the fundamentals of sea swimming\, and gain practical skills such as breathing\, water confidence and safety. \nThis isn’t about swimming long distances or pushing your limits. It’s about enjoying the sea\, connecting with nature\, moving mindfully\, and discovering the unique wellbeing that comes from being in blue spaces—all within a supportive and encouraging environment.\nCome as you are\, and leave feeling calmer\, more confident\, and more connected.\nFor this session you must be able to swim 2 legnths of the pool comfortably.
