Hi I’m Jill from Iner Sense. I’ve been doing Sound Baths in and around the Inverness area for 7 years now. I love it!
My back ground is in Mental Health spanning the last 32 years. For over 20 years I worked in Occupational Therapy which looks at how we structure our day and what we fill it with. It looks at what is meaningful activities to us, those which add to the quality to our life.
Sometimes we do too much of these, and sometime we don’t do enough. Life is all about balance.
Well-being was such a huge part of this job which led to me training in lots of different things including QiGong. It was this path that eventually led me to learning about ‘sound’.
A sound bath is an immersion of beautiful sounds and vibrations that lull you into a peaceful and mindful state that promotes relaxation for your mind body and spirit.
The purpose of sound therapy is to move our minds and bodies from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.
Sound gives us something to focus on making it easier to clear the mind.

I love connecting to Nature and all that it has to offer. The Beach is one of my favourite places and I’m so delighted to come and join you all .
