Cold water swimming doesn’t always have to be a physical challenge—it’s an opportunity to clear your mind, focus on the present moment, and experience the mental clarity that comes with being immersed in nature. Elaine will help you tap into the calming effects of cold water dipping, promoting both physical health and mental well-being.

Equipment can be provided. but please bring a towel and plenty of warm layers.
