If you think you can’t, you can!
Stand-up paddle boarding is one of the most accessible ways to learn to paddle on the water, and if you let it, it will change your life.
In this session you will learn skills you never thought you could achieve and build confidence in the water with a supportive and reassuring instructor who will focus on your needs. You will learn how calming the mind and body can improve balance and connection, and how the natural flow of the water can work with you to improve your paddling.
Leeanne works within a front line Mental Health service, and has a passion for supporting individuals to find their own inner strength and build on their resilience. She enables individuals to learn self-management skills and techniques to support their wellness and what better environment to do this than the great outdoors and our beautiful blue spaces.
