Wild Medicine Breathwork with Pamela Taylor.

April 26 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Free – £10.00

There are times in life when we lose our sense of grounding… when everything feels heavy, overwhelming, or simply too much.

I know this feeling well. Breathwork became my own place of comfort – a way to come back into my body,

to release what I had been holding, and to find moments of peace again.

When I first experienced the Wild Medicine Breathwork, something shifted. The warmth, the energy, the release, the deep sense of connection… it reminded  me of who I was beneath the stress, beneath the worry, beneath the noise. It felt like coming home.
And that is why I felt called to train in this – to offer that same gentle space to others.

Wild Medicine Breathwork is not about trying harder or fixing yourself. It’s about being held in a soft, supported environment where you can breathe, feel, and reconnect in your own time. With simple guided breath, grounding music, and compassionate presence, this practice helps your mind settle and your body let go of tension you may not even realise you’ve been carrying.
This space is especially for those who are struggling, feeling fragile, or finding their way through difficult emotions. You don’t need to be anything other than who you are, exactly as you are.

If the weather allows, we’ll take our practice outdoors to the beach in Nairn. We’ll gently gather natural treasures along the way – flowers, pebbles, shells, twigs – and together create a beautiful mandala on the sand. This simple ritual helps us slow down, connect with nature, and set our intention before we settle into our breathwork journey. If conditions aren’t appropriate outdoors the session will be delivered at the Seaman’s Hall in Nairn.
